Install new spray and t&s faucet in deli section. Disassembled old t&s faucet on four compartment sink. Check valves looked good. Installed new t&s faucet with hand held sprayer. Disassembled t&s faucet with hand held sprayer and removed broken ball valve 3/8". Installed new 3/8" ball valve with proper 3/8" nipple to allow more water to flow through sprayer. Checked valves looked good.
Camera and jetted main line from tank inlet- found multiple toys stuck in line and removed them. Cut section of leaking 1" pvc water line and repaired with 1" swing joint. Repair 3/4" pvc at water softener. Septic pump out and cleaned lift station. Delta monitor single handle valve leaking. Installed a new cartridge.
Main line stoppage. Ran 50' of 7/8" cable through clean out under house. Pulled back roots. Ran camera and saw cast iron and belly in sewer pipe. Removed debris from tub drain.
Set up full 1" tee coming off of the pump and separate from the house. Installed a 1" full bore brass ball valve and continued with full 1" pvc into area under the house. Ran out to connection of 3 hose bibs. Ran tee off same line to the back of the house. Tested, no leaks.
Checked breakers at box, then checked and found we had power at well itself. Could feel the pump turning on but no water was coming out. Will send tech to look over the problem.
Isolated toilet stoppage. Cleared toilet. Test flush revealed very slow flushing toilet. Water port at bottom of bowl not extruding water during flush. Toilet needs to be replaced with new seats, bolts, and wax ring.
Camera through vent stack and found broken 1 1/2" line in slab under dishwasher. We will provide 2 p-traps and strainer. 2 duo valve setups and connect faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We also connected dishwasher. We tested everything afterwards. Everything is ok no leaks.
Replaced waste arm and trap with pvc approx. 5'. Drilled hole thru wall and dropped line down to ejection pit(we installed). Ran discharge under crawl over to 3" pvc line with 2" pvc about 40'. Pump and drain working ok.
Cabled through undersink cleanout on 1 1/2" waste arm. Multiple passes to break up scale buildup on pvc. Ran two full basins of water through test. Vortex and suction on drain.
Repaired copper line which had a leak. Line was already exposed. Sweet coupling to drop and converted to cpvc under grade with shark bite connection. Installed hosebib on exterior of south side of home. Replace angle stop for ice maker.
Replace broken commercial faucet. Replace broken commercial sprayer and hose. Replace commercial riser. Replace commercial shut off on hot and cold. Replace commercial rigid pedestal faucet and riser.
Transportation to get materials for cass science job, as requested. Special order back flow device, fittings, and copper etc.
Water fountain drain is clogged. Remove cover to water fountain. Remove trap and clear waste from trap. Removed old faucet in ladies bathroom and replaced with new moen single handle faucet.
Pulled toilet and cabled from bathroom approx. 75" to septic field with spartan 300 cable machine. Had to repeat 2 more times and was able to clear stoppage. Installed new wax ring and re-set toilet, calked base.

Repair 1 1/2" pvc water line 2 1/2 - 3' deep. Back fill hole with excavated material and compact. Repair with 1 1/2" galvanized repair dresser coupling traffic area rated.
Repair 1" copper water line in ceiling while water is shut off. Unit 1007 in ceiling 1" cold water line at 90 degree pin hole leak. Cut pipe and install new 1" copper 90. Cabled thru cleanout. Stoppage was close to city main. Went out and back 3 times pulling roots back 2 out of 3 times.
Installed a kohler wellsworth toilet with seat. Ran camera thru flange and discovered residue, or buildup in m/b building drain. Strongly recommend high pressure drain restoration. Install 500 sq feet drainfield- gravity system. Price includes pump out , permit and bio treatment.
Removed drainage system under sink. Replaced basket strainer with new gasket, washer, and compression fitting on drain line. Removed drain spout from left sink basin and replaced basket strainer gasket as well as compression fitting. Reinstalled drainage system and tested. No leaks under sink.
Kitchen faucet handle broken off. Special order faucet 3pc. Spout, diverter, and sprayer. Install faucet (all three components) remove old hot water shut off valve. Install new hot water valve. Install one new supply line on hot side.
Leak behind toilet. Shut water off at main and install new angle stop. Install braided stainless steel supply line. Cable through bath tub, cable through 2" clean out with spartan 100. Locate line and install clean out. Found sand in pipe close to city responsibility.
Ran sewer machine through drain line 3" cast iron and cleared stoppage. Ran about 50' total. Hit stoppage at about 30' out. Attempted to video line but too much scale and rust was inside the line. Reset toilet and tested everything ok and drains great. Recommend that the entire house be jetted clean and descaled to remove rust from drain in order to prevent further problems from arising
Cable main line through closet flange out approx. 90' several times. Unable to open. Camera upstream from man hole and located line. Has severe belly in line. Replace sanitary from back of house out to city right of way approx. 70'. Saw cut concrete around pool to gain access. Jet and camera under floor lines in house.
Cut drywall and access valve from closet then remove valve and install new quality shower valve. Install access panel. Object stuck in 2" washer drain and must be cut out. Cut dry wall. Cut into pipe and remove object. Then repair waste line. Repair drywall to original condition.
Took shower valve apart and fixed o-rings so water would shut off. Need to have valve replaced Install new water filter underneath the kitchen sink supplying the ice maker and water spout. Filter was mounted to side of cabinet. Tested, no leaks. Leak detection. Slab leak under wall between bath and laundry.
Re-pipe whole house, two baths, kitchen, laundry room, and hot water heater. All lines ran overhead in attic. Both baths with all new cpvc ,new 90 stop, and supply lines with two techs. One hose bib at kitchen sink tied into existing re-pipe.
Cost to install 1/2" water line cpvc along ext. Wall approx. 15 to 20 feet outer to stainless single compartment sink, installed and provided by us. Run drain line to side of house with perf pipe and p-stone, backfill to rough grade.
Rebuild delta single handle shower faucet. Cleaned up all mess from both rooms. Capped all open lines and tested. Jet 8" main with pipe cutter head. Install packer into 8" main to break away pipe obstruction. Install 8" cure in place pipe liner approx. 70' in length from manhole to manhole. All jet work and pump out included into price. Seven pump outs, bypass pumping. Video inspection of main line.
Replaced water filter for water fountain. Replace 3/4 tee w/ hose bib with new tee and 1/2 st 90 with more thread for 1/2 hose bib. Toilet stoppage in 1st floor ladies restroom. Pull and reset toilet. Cable and camera line and clear obstruction from toilet. Also found offset at fitting past 90 degree fitting on toilet.
Cabled up and down stream from city installed sanitary tee. Once root blockage was cleared, city tee still held water. Install 4" cleanout. Excavate 6' x 18" deep trench for installation of 4" cleanout. Install new water main supply ball valve and vertical hose bib. Install new hose bib. Back fill to grade. Broken water main-turn off water to complex and repair 1" water line.
Saw cut the concrete and removed with jack hammer also. Permit was pulled prior to work being begun. Underground plumbing was then installed and passed. Did stack out to complete together with automatic vents. Concrete was then poured 1.6 yards and cemented entire area we ran piping through. Returned and set mop sink together with water cooler and eyewash station. After vct and frp were installed we returned and set 2 wall hung sinks and two toilets to finish up the contracted part of the job.
Kitchen sink stoppage. Cabled stack from roof to clear stoppage and video inspect line after work performed to verify stack is clear. Large amount of sludge build up and pipe flaking in drain.
Septic pump out. Grease trap. Lift station repair. Call city of tampa to shut down force main. Replace two 2" gate valves ips and two 2" swing checks ips. Also replace 90 degree galvanized to cam lock fitting due to excessive sediment build up.
Leak under house in water line. Locate leak under house and cut out 2' section and replaced. Also leak in fitting was also replaced. Looked at shut off (no charge)
Clear stoppage from clean out. Televise mainline. Dig up main sewer line for addition after clean out. Found hole in pipe due to trencher when irrigation lines were laid and repaired with two 2 1/2" couplings over hole. Cut out section and repair problem. Camera line to ensure no other problems. Found belly approx. 10' long 35' from clean out in main sewer line.
Jetting - mainline from outlet to sewer. *worked performed today under warranty for a period of three months
Diagnosis. Pump is operating properly. Pump float switch needs to be replaced. Ground fault receptacle needs to be replaced with regular outdoor receptacle, otherwise warranty on pump would be voided.
Water leaking from toilet to kitchen downstairs. Wax seal is bad on toilet. Tank to bowl bolts are loose. Pulled toilet. Flange ok. Wax seal bad. Ran camera and line is abs looked ok. Reset toilet with new wax ring and caulked around toilet.
Installed waste plumbing using pvc from 303 down to 203. Tied in two lavs, two toilets, and one p-trap for condensation at 203. Insulated as requested. Tied into existing cast iron and tested ok. Cannot re-route water supply until friday.
Replace section of 1" pvc drain line for ice tray at beverage station. #38 kitchen sink backed up. Pulled trap off and drained water out of waste arm. Cabled through waste arm with spartan 100 machine. Camera after blockage was clear and showed excessive grease in arm and vent stack. Recommend jetting building m from roof
Repair leak under sink. Replace broken basket strainer for sink. Replace broken p-trap under sink.
Cabled 35' through floor drain, ran several buckets of hot water through drain and drained great. Cut loose condensate line on ice maker. Sucked out large clumps of debris and installed a service union to clean out again if needed once a month or every six weeks.
Pulled toilet. Cabled line approx. 30' to 40'. Brought back nothing on cutter. Ran camera and found that section of 4" cast iron rotted on bottom of pipe. Cabled shower drain with spartan electric hand gun. Could not get through trap. Also tried rigid machine and wet vac, could not get through obstruction. Need to locate shower drain from lower unit, cut hole on ceiling and make repair to drain with pvc,
Building 3290 back up. Camera sanitary system from roof stacks. Found cast iron deteriorated and full of scale. Recommend hydro scrub jet and descale lines. Install cure in place liner system through 4" main line and reinstate approx. 6 laterals.
Rough in and finish family restroom. Change out mount and hanger for urinal, relocate water line in wall, replace angle stops on lav. Install and hook up drain line and supplies. Replace toilet flange and set toilet. Install sloan valve. Install extended vacuum breaker on sloan valve and install valve and urinal.
Faucet leaking. Tightened down a stem on perlick hand sink, checked barrel and stem. Install new stems and barrels to perlick faucet. Special pick up and delivery on part
Installed a new sewer from house to tap with permit Shutoff water at street. Replaced both angle stops under lav sink, cabled wate arm and removed a good amount of debris. Removed and replaced customer supplied lav faucet.
Called to job to clear mainline stoppage. Upon arrival we ran drain snake thru cleanout by sidewalk by street. We cleared stoppage and found a cracked cleanout tee 4" in which the roots were growing thru. We cut out old cracked tee and roots then we installed new 4" pvc cleanout tee. We then ran camera thru cleanout up to the house and back towards the street. Everything clear, no roots.
Leak in unit 503. Leak detection found old repair was made with duct tape. Found leak at slab from a/c condensation line. Jack hammered slab to expose. Cut back to good section of pipe. Replace with new 1' pvc, 2 couplers, and one 90. Patch slab with concrete. Also connected nitrogen to waste line for pressure test. All tested good.
Unit 801 leak coming from ceiling. Found wet spot on ceiling. After investigating, found that unit 802 had a/c work and may have been where leak was coming from. No leaks were found at this time.
Building 3801 main shut off to building is leaking. Leak in foundation. Used jack hammer to chip away around pipe to expose leak. Found leak under slab at bend. Dug back 2' and cut into main under ground. Re-pipe copper pipe under ground and up through slab. Installed new shut off valve, two 90's, and 2 couplers pro-press. Shut off property main for repair.

Slow flushing toilet. Plunged toilet in guest bath. Locate, cut & demo- for under slab plumbing and install new underslab plumbing inspection and replacement floor.
Customer has 16 yr. Old water heater which should be replaced. There is also a tub/shower faucet three handle that was recently repaired and is now leaking again. Recommend that faucet be replaced by removing tile from front to access the faucet. Rebuilt the water heater with new drain, upper and lower elements and upper and lower thermostats. Also changed the washers and seats in hall bathroom faucet on hot and cold. Kitchen faucet had no pressure, we changed faucet and installed new moen kitchen faucet with sprayer. Recommend re-pipe for entire house, new hot water heater, and new tub shower faucet.
Building 2507 kitchen sink waste arm back pitch. Cut out drywall to expose waste arm. Secondary drain back pitched to vent stack cap and abandoned. Routed both sink drain into one. Cut out primary and fixed back pitch with two new trap assemblies and all necessary connections to sink.
Slab leak in unit 1405. Leak detection found leak under tub. Removed old hot water heater jackhammered closet out to expose leak under foundation. Hydro-excavated tunnel to broken pipe to eliminate removal of tub, repaired with sweat coupling and pro-press 3' of new pipe ran under tap. Used 10 bags sand to fill void, 3 bags of sand cement. Put new hot water heater in and installed drain pan.
Leak at main to house. Cut out section of 3/4" copper and installed new section of pipe with 3/4" ball valve and new copper fittings and new hose bib. Covered with pvc wrap tape to help with blocking the elements. Not responsible for siding and/or inside wall board. Removed 1 wall board can be reinstalled. Had to cut 1 section of vinyl siding which was permitted by custome
Angle stops leaking under kitchen sink. Supply line leaking at faucet. Replaced faucet with customer supplied faucet and supply lines. Replaced 90 stops, cut out old.
Slow flushing toilet. Replace existing toilet with a new toilet. Linoleum is exposed behind toilet. Customer said she was having the flooring changed to tile. Caulked around bowl base.
Lift station diagnostic- pumps ok- needs cam lock fittings replaced Install two customer supplied toilets in master bathroom and guest bathroom with new supply lines, wax rings, and bolts.
Possible flange repair in guest bathroom. Installed new flange and cut out old one and reset toilet. New aerator in kitchen faucet.
Branch line stoppage. Cabled down back 2" stack. Cleared at 25'. Ran camera and found belly in pipe at 25' and ran out 53' and found large quantity of roots in line before pipe leaves from under house.
Install kitchen faucet. Fix 1/4" water line on water filter under kitchen sink. Garbage disposal is not working. Unjammed disposal. Replace 3/4" pvc pipe coming from meter and t off to bathroom and sink.
Cut out old cast iron risers and installed riser clamps on 303. Also protected carpet. Cleaned out stone and brick at 203 and prepped cast iron for tie in. Haul stone and brick to dump.
Camera line and locate what is jammed inside the line. Cable the line and try to dis-lodge obstruction. Could not clear pipe, is backed up heavily. Disassemble 1 1/2" tubular pipe assembly under kitchen sink and remove food debris stuck in pipe going into 3" drain.
Branch line stoppage. Cabled branch line stoppage with mytana m661 3/8" cable machine through water closet flange to clear foreign object obstruction.
Possible slab leak. Tech found saturated carpet and wall. Washing machine was pulled out and wall was opened in order to expose pipes and drain. Washing machine was reconnected and no leak was found.
Tech cabled main sewer line via city cleanout about 7 to 10 feet.
Cabled main line via cleanout. Tech cabled main sewer via 3" cast iron cleanout in to house in order to clear stoppage. Cast iron sewer is alot and it needs to be descal in one out for better flow.
Shut off at house for water service leaking. Dug down to water service at house. Cut out 2' of pipe. 90 degree up and over to existing pipe with copper and installed new ball valve.
Leak in ceiling. Cut open wet area and patched galvanized pipe between floor. Spray hose from kitchen faucet leaking. Replaced spray hose with customer supplied hose. Mainline stoppage. Service call. City to come out and pump and tap.
Installed home owner provided pump. Replaced tub spout/diverter combination with new. Leak at hose bib by main water shut off. Sweat off old hose bib and make up copper into tee. Sweat on new make up and female copper 1/2" with new 1/2" male hose adapter.
Leak in underground water main service. Cut back bad section of galvanized water main 3/4". Repaired with dresser coupling. Heavy scale on exterior of pipe was removed to make repair. Additional leaks discovered once repair was made. Estimate to replace water service to exterior of home, including excavation and back fill: $2900.00. Estimate to replace water service to exterior of home excluding excavation.
Hydro-jet entire house. Run cable through roof vent to cleanout. Tie jetter to cable and pull back through house. Camera line and found no problems at this time.
